 CONSTRUCTION SITE RULES

No Littering

Daily Clean Up Required

Park to back and sides of home under construction.  No parking in front of any homes for any reason.

Work hours are Monday-Saturday from 7 am to 5 am with the exception of concrete work.  NO SUNDAYS.

No loud music

All noise kept to a minimum

Be mindful and do not talk to residents unless spoken to first

All site visitors must be pre-scheduled and accompanied
by Amy Lee Fooladi only at 850-296-7031 and are required to fill out a waiver.

During construction site visits; all construction ceases until site visit is completed; do not communicate with site visitors.

Drug and alcohol use are prohibited

Dispose of cigarette butts in provided ashtrays

No pets on the job site

All theft will be prosecuted

No smoking, eating or drinking in the homes

Shoe covering is mandatory in finished/carpeted homes

All doors and windows must be locked and secured at end of the day

ANY PERSON FOUND IN VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL BE FINED AND REMOVED FROM JOB SITE.
